Logo KAWS trên phần mũi giày của đôi fake trông mờ hơn, chi tiết này khá khó để nhận dạng với những bức ảnh chất lượng kém. Đốt chỉ của đôi real cũng to hơn fake.

Real via @teamdelle This is easier to see in person, but the stitching design on the upper is thicker and more defined on retail pairs than fakes.

Bộ đế của đôi fake có màu sai hoàn toàn so với đôi real. Đôi fake hơi ngả xanh trong khi màu đế của đôi real trùng màu với phần upper.

Lần so sánh này yêu cầu sự góp mặt của đèn cực tím UV. Khi chiếu đèn cực tím vào lót giày fake, họa tiết trên lót biến mất, còn real thì không. Ngoài ra họa tiết bàn tay KAWS trên lót giày của đôi fake cũng không thật sự giống với đôi real nếu bạn soi kĩ.

Real via @teamdelle When you shine a black UV light on the insoles, fakes illuminate, retail do not. Also if you ZOOM in you can tell the actual design is not the same.

Outsole của phiên bản fake phát sáng một cách khác với phiên bản real. Bản real đổi từ màu xám thành màu xanh dạ còn bản fake chỉ làm sáng lên màu đế ban đầu.

Họa tiết bàn tay của KAWS in trên dustbag cũng có khác biệt giữa 2 bản fake và real, bản real bàn tay không to, thô như bản fake. Đồng thời bề mặt chất liệu của cả 2 túi cũng có sự khác nhau.

Chất lượng cuả bản real đang gây nhiều tranh cãi khi logo KAWS cùng 3 kí tự A I R trên đôi real mờ và thô, trong khi đôi fake lại được làm rất thon gọn và đều.

Màu của logo KAWS  x Air Jordan trên giấy gói bản fake và real cũng khác nhau. Bản real nổi bật với màu cam trong khi bản fake gần như không thể thấy được nếu chỉ nhìn thoáng qua.

Phần logo KAWS phía sau lưỡi gà ở đôi fake cũng rõ nét hơn đôi real. Chất da ở đôi fake có độ bóng như da tổng hợp, đôi real thì có da trơn nhám.

Real via @teamdelle The “Kaws” on the inside tongue tag of fakes is more defined than it is on retail pairs. Also the leather is different on the fakes, retail pairs feature a more matte flat grey leather, fakes have more of that “pleather” look and feel.
