Vào ngày 24/03/2017, khi đặt một chuyến xe qua ứng dụng Grab, bạn sẽ có cơ hội kết bạn với một trong 10 nhân vật nổi tiếng nhất trên ứng dụng Tinder! Ngoài ra, bạn sẽ có thể nhận được thêm một buổi gặp gỡ cùng người bạn mới quen của mình trong ngày 26/03/2017 nếu như kết nối thành công. Hãy đặt chuyến đi và sẵn sàng nhé!

Hướng Dẫn Đặt Xe:
1. Mở ứng dụng Grab và nhấp vào biểu tượng 
trong khoảng thời gian 10AM – 4PM, ngày 24/03/2017.
2. Chọn điểm đón và điểm đến.
3. Nếu may mắn, bạn sẽ cùng chia sẻ hành trình với một trong 10 nhân vật nổi tiếng nhất của Tinder.
* Hành khách được chọn sẽ có cơ hội gặp gỡ người bạn mới quen của mình trong ngày 26/03.
Điều Kiện và Điều Khoản:
- Mỗi chuyến xe được đặt qua icon Tinder trên ứng dụng Grab chỉ chở MỘT hành khách duy nhất
- Do số lượng các chuyến xe “Grab x Tinder” có giới hạn. Nhu cầu đặt xe có thể tăng cao trong ngày diễn ra chương trình, do đó, bạn vui lòng thử đặt xe lại hoặc chờ trong ít phút nếu không đặt được xe.
- 10 nhân vật nổi tiếng của Tinder sẽ được phân bổ ngẫu nhiên trên các chuyến xe Grab. Bạn vui lòng không yêu cầu, khiếu nại về sự xuất hiện của bất kì nhân vật nổi tiếng nào cụ thể trên chuyến xe của mình.
- Những chuyến đi “Grab x Tinder” đều được ghi hình nhằm mục đích quảng bá cho chương trình. Bằng cách tham gia, bạn đã đồng ý cho Grab và Tinder ghi hình/ ghi âm và sản xuất nội dung cho các kênh quảng cáo của chương trình.
- Khách hàng khi tham gia có thể được liên hệ và mời tham gia vào một buổi gặp gỡ cùng với nhân vật nổi tiếng, buổi gặp diễn ra vào ngày 26/03/2017 và cũng được ghi hình lại. Bằng cách tham gia, bạn đã đồng ý cho phép Grab được liên lạc trực tiếp đến bạn. Cũng nói thêm, việc tham gia buổi gặp hay không là tùy thuộc vào lựa chọn của khách hàng, Grab không yêu cầu hay bắt buộc nếu bạn cảm thấy không muốn tham gia.
- Chương trình chỉ áp dụng cho những chuyến xe được đặt thông qua icon “Grab x Tinder”, duy nhất trong ngày 24/03/2017 (từ 10AM – 4PM)
- Chương trình áp dụng cho tất cả khách hàng Grab tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
- Tài xế khi đến đón sẽ đợi bạn tối đa 3 phút
- Những chuyến đi “Grab x Tinder” là hoàn toàn MIỄN PHÍ
General Terms & Conditions
- “Meet your Match” (“the Campaign”) is organised by Grab. (“the Organiser”) and is open to all Grab users.
- By entering the Campaign, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of entry and you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and decisions of the organiser without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of the organiser shall be final and conclusive.
- The Campaign will run on 24 March 2017, Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the contest at any time, without giving prior notice or compensation in cash or in kind.
- Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the campaign (be it under these Terms & Conditions or where a participant has engaged in a conduct that the organiser considers inappropriate or unacceptable).
- Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.
- Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the campaign shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.
- Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the participants or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or related to this contest.
- Grab shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or related to this contest. .
- Grab does not take any responsibility in the case of an event that may prevent the participants from participating in the campaign, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure, which include but not limited to regulatory events, government directive, government intervention and act of God etc.
All photographs, personal information and names submitted in the campaign, will be deemed as property of Grab and may be used for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media without obtaining any prior consent or payment from the participant.
